Behavior: Processes a status update webhook from the Phenix RTS platform. Extracts the Nomad live channel ID from the webhook tags and updates the channel status accordingly. The webhook body is read directly from the request stream.
Authorization: Validated by the ValidatePhenixWebhookRequestFilter.
Side Effects: Updates the live channel status based on the webhook event.
