Behavior: Creates multiple annotations on the specified asset at once. Each annotation in the list is created individually. All annotations are associated with the specified asset.
Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.
Side Effects: Multiple annotation records are created for the asset.
Error Scenarios: Returns 400 if the request body is missing. Returns 401 if the caller is not authenticated.
