Retrieves a VAST (Video Ad Serving Template) XML response for ad playback.

Behavior: Returns a VAST XML document containing the ad creative details for playback at the specified timecode position. The response can be filtered by content categories and ad position type (pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll).

Authorization: Public endpoint — no authentication required.

Side Effects: None.

Error Scenarios: Returns 404 if no VAST ad is available for the given parameters.
