Behavior: Returns a pre-populated Nomad.Common.Models.Live.LiveInputNewModel object with default values that can be customized and submitted to M:Nomad.Controller.Live.LiveInputController.Create(Nomad.Common.Models.Live.LiveInputNewModel) to provision a new live input.
Authorization: Requires an authenticated user with a valid bearer token.
Error Scenarios:
- Returns 401 if the request is not authenticated.
- Returns 404 if the template could not be generated.
