Behavior: Generates and sets signed cookies for anonymous access to secure content (live streams or assets). The cookies are appended to the HTTP response and also returned in the response body. Supports both live channel content definitions and asset content definitions based on system configuration.

Authorization: No authentication required. This endpoint is publicly accessible for anonymous cookie generation.

Side Effects: Secure signed cookies are set on the HTTP response for CDN authentication. Cookie expiration is controlled by system settings.

Error Scenarios: Returns 404 if the ID does not match an enabled content type, if URL signing fails, or if no cookies could be generated.
