Behavior: Looks up an existing profile by the provided name or external ID. If no matching profile exists, a new one is created automatically. Profiles are used for multi-profile scenarios such as parental controls or personalized recommendations.
Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.
Side Effects: May create a new profile record if one does not already exist.
