Behavior: Triggers an immediate stop of the live schedule associated with the specified content item.
Authorization: Requires an authenticated user with a valid bearer token.
Side Effects:
- The live schedule transitions to a stopped state.
- Associated live channel broadcasting is halted.

- Returns 401 if the request is not authenticated.
