Deletes an ad break from an asset.

https://localhost:44395/api/admin/asset//adbreak/

Behavior: Permanently removes the specified ad break cue point from the asset. The ad break will no longer appear in VMAP/VAST responses for future playback sessions.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: The ad break is permanently deleted.

Error Scenarios: Returns 401 if the caller is not authenticated.
