Updates an existing live channel configuration.

https://localhost:44395/api/liveChannel

Behavior: Applies the changes from the edit model to the live channel. Note that underlying cloud resources may not be updated immediately even though the channel record reflects the changes.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: Updates the live channel record and may trigger cloud resource updates.

Error Scenarios: Returns 400 if the edit model is null.
