Creates a new schedule event on a live channel.

Behavior: Adds a new event to the channel's schedule. The channel ID in the request body must match the channel ID in the route.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: Creates a new schedule event and may affect the channel's playback schedule.

Error Scenarios: Returns 400 if the channel ID in the body does not match the route. Returns 404 if the new schedule event model is null.
