API Reference

Gets or creates a user profile by name and source system ID.

Behavior: Looks up an existing profile by the provided name and source system ID. If no matching profile exists, a new one is created automatically. The source ID identifies the external system that owns or tracks this profile, allowing multiple external systems to maintain separate profile namespaces.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: May create a new profile record if one does not already exist.
