Behavior: Returns the list of ad break cue points defined for the specified asset. Each ad break specifies a timecode position where an advertisement should be inserted during playback.
Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.
Side Effects: None.
Error Scenarios: Returns 401 if the caller is not authenticated. Returns 404 if the asset is not found or has no ad breaks.
