Deletes a live channel and its associated cloud resource.

Behavior: Deletes the live channel record and requests deprovisioning of the underlying cloud resource. The resource may not be deleted immediately, and the channel record may remain temporarily accessible. The operation will fail if other resources (such as schedule events) still reference this channel.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: Deletes the live channel record and initiates cloud resource deprovisioning.
