Behavior: Generates a JSON representation of the built-in content definitions and returns it as a string. This can be used to bootstrap or inspect the default content definition configuration.
Authorization: Requires an authenticated user via the class-level [Authorize] attribute.
Side Effects: May write the generated content definitions file to storage depending on the implementation.
Error Scenarios: Returns 400 if the content definitions cannot be generated.
