Behavior: Retrieves all Nomad.Common.Models.Live.LiveInputModel records and filters out any that have a status of Nomad.Common.Enums.LiveInputStatuses.Deleting. Inputs currently being deleted are excluded because failed deletes transition to an error state which is visible in the UI.
Authorization: Requires an authenticated user with a valid bearer token.
Error Scenarios:
- Returns 401 if the request is not authenticated.
