Behavior: Generates and sets signed cookies on the response for authenticated access to the live stream CDN. If the stream uses token-based authentication instead, returns the playback token. This enables third-party integrations to obtain secured stream URLs per user.
Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.
Side Effects: Sets signed cookies on the HTTP response for CDN authentication.
Error Scenarios: Returns 404 if the channel has no configured output stream.
