Retrieves the rendered editor template HTML for a specific content definition.

Behavior: Generates the editor form HTML content for the specified content definition using its transformer configuration. This is used by the admin UI to render the content editing form.

Authorization: Requires authentication and the user must be an admin user.

Side Effects: None.

Error Scenarios: Returns 400 Bad Request if the user is not an admin. Returns 404 Not Found if the content definition transformer does not exist.
