Behavior: Generates and returns the VMAP XML document that defines all ad break positions and their associated VAST ad tag URLs for the specified asset. Video players use this to schedule ad insertions during playback.
Authorization: Public endpoint — no authentication required.
Side Effects: None.
Error Scenarios: Returns 404 if no VMAP data exists for the asset.
