Creates a snapshot clip from a live channel stream.

Behavior: Captures a snapshot clip from the specified live channel at the current playback position. Returns clip details including the generated asset information.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: Creates a snapshot clip asset from the live stream.
