Behavior: Scans the specified folder for Google Photos JSON metadata files and applies the metadata (dates, locations, descriptions) to the corresponding media assets. This is useful after bulk-importing a Google Photos export.
Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.
Side Effects: Asset metadata is updated with information from the JSON sidecar files. Processing occurs asynchronously as a batch job.
Error Scenarios: Returns 401 if the caller is not authenticated.
