Starts a new recording segment within a broadcast.

Behavior: Begins a new recording segment for the broadcast identified by the specified live operator identifier. A segment captures a portion of the broadcast stream for later retrieval.

Authorization: Requires an authenticated user with a valid bearer token.

Side Effects:

  • A new recording segment is started within the broadcast session.

Error Scenarios:

  • Returns 401 if the request is not authenticated.
