Behavior: Clears the cached EdgeCaster control data associated with the specified identity key, forcing a refresh on the next request.
Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.
Side Effects: The EdgeCaster cache for the specified identity key is invalidated.
Error Scenarios: Returns 401 Unauthorized if the caller is not authenticated. Logs a trace message if the identity key is empty.
