Retrieves a Phenix channel by its external system identifier.

Behavior: Fetches the Phenix channel entity matching the specified external system ID.

Authorization: Requires a valid Bearer token.

Side Effects: None.

Error Scenarios: Returns 404 if no channel exists with the specified external ID.
